It's 2015 and all my cards are done! I'm now working on the back of the cards so that I can get decks printed....stay tuned! In the meantime check out the suit of hearts.
Feel the love!
This Queen of Hearts did not bake any tarts, but she is still sweet.
5 days left of 2014 for me to show you the last three face cards in my deck. Today please enjoy the Jack of Hearts, the rogue that he is! Keep your eye out for his King and Queen.
The 10 silver rings....
Nine little wintry leaves falling off a branch.....
Perhaps a little sprightly and springy for this time of year, but a perfect fit for the eight of hearts....
Another soft pretty one for hearts....little puffy flowers, my favorite
Ah, the follies of youth! Hearts are so silly....I remember the never ending pile of hangers in my teenage bedroom, but maybe that says more about me than you?
Spades are humming along now....the wisdom & health of handbags? I don't know but they do seem like they might be able to speak of transformation in a way. No?
okay card players, getting back in the saddle here! You can expect a new card every day until I am caught up. Yeah, it's true.
Well, I've fallen a bit behind again…and I'm determined to catch up, but with ICON8 just ending and Indigo NY on the horizon it's going to be tough! Here is the first of the spades:

Well, we're at the second set of face cards. The diamonds are a hard bunch; frugal, serious, responsible. You know, not unlike some Halls I know. I'll post one each day this week, that should get me all caught up to be half way through the deck at the halfway mark of the year. Hard to believe!
It's really hard to squeeze 10 of something on to a playing card! So for the ten of diamonds you'll see 10 hard little plastic doohickeys. Yeah, I said doohickeys.
They just keep coming! Thoughts? What you like to see on the 10?
Still catching up, but I am quite pleased with the 8 of diamonds:
The clickety-clack of dance shoes on the hard wood floor.
Wow, I am finding the diamonds a real challenge! I've been working on the 5 all week…One sun and 4 little raindrops for responsibility, earth and values.
Well maybe not, but it IS my first favorite card in the suit of Diamonds! Diamonds are hard, and not just in density. The suit is often associated with adulthood, responsibility, security, and career. They are serious. The number 4 can be a symbol of service, so I am putting 4 letters in service of this number:
